I live in Palmy and have been searching the shops for a chair I can put in the nursery for night feeds. I can't find anything that's a reasonable price. Has anyone seen anything? I'd rather feed in her room at night if I can to try to keep in "Night Time".

Can't find anything on TM that's local that doesn't look like it's infested with lord k nows what.

Have you tried Ginza? They sometimes have some good deals. We just got an old lazyboy which has served us well.

They had some awesome ones in Oz......pity I couldn't bring them back Didn't look at the price though.

I might have a chair you'd like. Will take a piccy of it for you. I recovered it & it's never really been used except as a clothes chair, I never did the back as I never got around to it.

I BF in bed so dont' need a chair.

I ended up bf in our bed at night with Jack and will probably end up doing the same with this baby.
I do have a bf chair though, I just paitiently waited for one to show up on TM. A friend used a lazy boy and said it was great, plus she was able to move it into the lounge once it was no longer needed in baby's room.

I bought one from Farmers for about $90 and it's fantastic. Don't know how to describe it exactly but the frame kind of curves so that you can rock in it a little and it has a nice high back on it which at the time I didn't realise how important that would be.

I'd wait until you have baby because everyone seems to like a slightly different chair especially when it comes to rocking or not. My babies have long legs so I prefer sitting on a two seater than a single chair. I also feed in bed a lot cause it's warmer - just put my pillow up behind my back.

I have the same one Jo has described from Farmers. It's great, still serves me and Coop well. Not only for feeding but for having cuddles and rocking when he's miserable, reading stories and we pull in out into the lounge when we need an extra chair.
