DH is looking to buy one, any recommendations?

He is just looking at a 7" screen one.

I have been looking online but can't find a comparision/review website.

I have one from Oz and I love it. We use it in the car only for when we travel to Palmy and back so the boys can be entertained.

We have one aswell we use it around the house for the kids also in the car the kids love it on long trips I think it all depends on how much you want to spend, in he end they all play dvd's. DH brought in from countdown in palmerston north i think.

we got one when they where not so popular and we wouldnt be without it.............ours is from dick smith but having said that we have brought lots of there brand stuff and this is the only one that dont break down................depends how fussy you are..........and wat you are using it for..............if i was getting one again i woud get one from supermarket and cross fingers it all good.

DF's dad has one but I cant remember what the brand is, but when he first got it he was watching and singing( ) to his Rod Steward DVD every time we were there lol.

My DD used her Christmas and Birthday money last year to buy one. Its just a Transonic one from the Warehouse.   Its worked well and we've never had any problems with it.

We just got one from countdown when they had them on sale $149 I think it was and there is often ones like it around I think ours is an s & v brand.  Does the trick for us!
