Grrrrrrr...

We have been trying to put Janayas trampoline up since 11am this morning in the POURING rain. After many arguements (Because men cant follow instructions) we finally had everything bar the last pole to the enclosure up. Open the last one, and, well, what a suprise, the piece is snapped in half.

Now Im fuming mad, ill have to go all the way out and stand in line at product services and try and get a new piece.
They are absolutely USELESS and I dont know why I continue to buy from them, the last thing we bought from them was an outdoor furniture set and we had to take that back too.

I wonder how many disappointed kids there will be tommorow morning when they find their toy is broken or doesnt work?!

Im just glad we started on it today rather than after Janaya went to bed tonight. Otherwise it would have been "Merry christmas janaya, santa left you a broken trampoline!"

Grrrrr again. Rant over.

I totally agree with you. We bought Samantha a playhouse for Christmas and luckily opened it last weekend to make sure all the pieces were there - and surprise, surprise - they weren't!
I was so thankful I had time to chase the missing pieces. We had just planned to put it together tonight!    Grrr at the Warehouse!!

My sister gave my son a remote control car but it only lasted 2 mins and said she will take it back for another one.
