Sooooo tasty this is my once a year only bring out on Xmas dessert!!!!

I started making it because my nephew is allergic to eggs and this moose doesn't require any

2 cups Raspberrys (fresh is best)
500ml fresh thin cream
half cup caster sugar
2 teaspoons gelatine
2 small milkyway bars
1 flake bar

Beat cream and sugar untill thick (not whiped) and sugar has dissolved.
Add Raspberrys and stir untill pink
Disolve gelatine in 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir into the cream mixture
Grate the white choc into thin shavings and stir into mixture leave some to sprinkle on top.
Pour into a glass bowl
Place in the fridge to set for about an hour the sprinkle remaining white choc and crushed flake bar on top.

You could also add fresh strawberrys on top. Also works well without any chocolate at all but whats the fun in that
