Well, this was in mine.
Typed exactly as below.

On a plain piece of paper, no name.
I don't know if I should laugh or just feel sad for the poor person who dropped it off.

LADIES BEWARE
REAL ESTATE AGENT
PROFESSIONAL CON WOMAN
HIGHLY INTELAGENT (I'm sorry, but I had to laugh at that)
MASTER OF CHARACTER ANALISIS
ENABLING HER TO EXPLOIT WEEKNESS
IN PERSONALITIES @ RELATIONSHIPS
GIVING HER A DOMINATE EDGE TO
CONTROL AND MANIPULATE THE
SITUATION FOR HER OWN BENAFIT

MOST WOMEN RECOGNISE THIS
SO SHE TUNES INTO THE MAN
USING HER CONVINCING CONFIDENT
CHARM TO MANIPULATE HIM TO
HER MAIN OBJECTIVE UNDER SELLING
YOUR HOUSE AND STEALING YOUR MAN

SHE CHANGES AGENCIES FREQUINTLY
SHE DOESN'T OWN HER OWN HOME
YET FULL OF ADVICE FOR HOME OWNERS

Very strange indeeed - but some poor person out there probably thinks that they are doing a community service by warning people.

hahah Sally, the @ is just another shocking spelling mistake in there
Well, I don't actually think it's a spelling mistake, really. More of a mis-use of symbols.

Sam, I reckon it would've been more effective if the real estate agent's name was actually used.

Ah well. Certainly gave me a giggle :)

That.is.classic

In a very sad sort of way. The inability to spell makes it even more pathetic.

I'm not even sure I entirely understood what it's all about! I'm guessing someone's husband has run off with a real estate agent (an intelagent one)?

Yeah, what's the point if she didn't use the R.Agents name? If she was trying to embarrass her, surely she would name her? I know I would in a flash. Hell, i'd take photos and stick em up all over town!!

Perhaps the poor foolish husband thought he was marrying her for her brains........

The women, though obviously a few sandwhiches short of a picnic, maybe realises that by using the agents name or photos she would open herself up for a defamation lawsuit.  Anonymous slander is as much as she can do without actually getting herself into trouble.

I feel very sorry for the poor woman.  Not only has she lost her husband & house but she should be getting a refund on her education too.
