ok yes this is another TM problem..............i state on my auctions when item is to be picked up.............now the prob is if someone has paid for the item but continually missies there pickup time and day..............how long before you relist and would you? wat would you do? its driving me nuts as i am driving in 30 mins to met them and never show......and i REALLY need items gone as we are trying to move house.........

Geez I'd be pissed off at having to drive that far for nothing! I'd probably give them the benefit of the doubt on one occassion, but twice would be about it.

After the first time make another one. If they missed that let them know that if they dont show up for the third time that you would have to relist the item as you need the item gone now.

That's a tricky one seeing they've already paid for it. Very rude too. I agree with Hope2be in contacting TM as that will cover your behind if you relist and the first person gets snarky.

I'd tell them to come and pick up the item from your house so it's less inconvenient for you, if they want it let them make the effort.
Failing that, get in touch with TM
We've just sold a heap of stuff on TM and the big items were pick up only, no exceptions

How annoying! If they miss the meeting arrangement twice, I would refund them online if you can and advise that it has been relisted and to please not bid on it! Surely they have not abided by the arrangement agreement so you should be entitled to do that?
