Hi im having my first child and my husband doesn't want me to go back to work which i don't mind but i would like to work from home.
i have tried some of the work from home deals you find in the newspaper and they all seem that you have to pay money frist to get in to it.
I was just wondering if any other mums work from home and if you guys know of any work from home jobs that really work and that you don't have to pay money for?? just asking

thanks

I did mystery shopping for quite a while. i was more behind the scenes rather than the actual shopping unless it was a good one heheh then I would do it. It wasnt a lot of money for the shopping but gets you out of the house and often you get discounts or freebies at the places you shop.

I do avon. Doesnt make me a heap of money but gets me out and about and it also lets me get all my little pamper goodies for free. Its free to join and when you join you get lots of joining gifts.

I also used to work for international research. and the pay was 12 an hour i think. But then they wanted me to work nights and I used to do it during the day when lissy was asleep so i gave that up.

I'm doing avon too, but seem to be spending more money than actually making any!!! Be careful of those things that advertsie in the paper, I think consumer or fair go have a thing on them. if you are really keen on kiddies, my cousin has a little girl, and does barnados care of a little boy, which gives her some extra cash.
Trademe is always good if you are crafty, you could sell your wares.
