Yep I think its quite common these days (well it is in Auckland anyway) lol
Although I dont have first hand knowledge, Isabelle isnt in care .. but when I was looking into places, it seemed quite normal  ------------- Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months) I did it .. 41 kgs gone!
