OMG! after months of looking we may have found a new house! (rental) Its so nice and the current owner has been lovely on the phone  He has grown up twin girls so we've been playing that card lol! He's got so many keen but I think we may actually have a chance at this place!
After months of rejection (despite glowing references) we had finally given up hope of moving but I came across this place last minute and we may have found our home 
So excited I can barely contain myself! -------------

What part of Chch is it in? ------------- TTC 6 years IVF it is IVF/ICSI round one 10 eggs, 8 mature, 3 fertilised BFN IVF/ICSI #2 = 22 eggs! 20 mature, 15 fertilised, 1 fresh transfer and 2 frosties BFN 2 Frosties still in freezer thank god |

Its in Linwood. Its on trade me. McGregors Rd. Very cool place and sooo cheap. We met the owners today but they said it might come down to drawing a name out of a hat because they have had so many promising people. But I think we still have a fighting chance..... I hope  -------------

Hmm do you get the impression they're waiting for you to 'sweeten the pot'? Just wondering if they say that to a few people to see who will offer to pay more or sign onto longterm leases etc. -------------

We were going to actually offer more money anyway but when we met them we held back because they seemed like the type of people that are very genuine and I think they may have actually been insulted if we had offered more. -------------
