The bottom line is the control line isn't it? If so, then I would so no as the test line is lighter and needs to be either the same colour or darker. Is the control line the one nearest or furthest away from the dipping end (i thought furthest away).
If it is the furthest away then i would say the test line is darker than the control so positive. -------------
