Sorry the images aren't that great but they were the best I could get.

I keep finding this growth? on our clothes. I ran janola through our machine and then didn't see any for a while but now it seems to be back as I found one yesterday on a flat cloth nappy and then today on a muslin wrap. The wrap is new and has only been through the machine once.
We use ecostore and DH thinks that because that has no bleaches etc in it that that is the problem, maybe it is?
I have e-mailed ecostore to see if they know what it is. I've tried googling moulds etc but can't find anything that looks like this. It almost looks like a cluster of eggs.
All I know is it is really gross but without knowing what it is or where it is coming from I don't know how to get rid of it.
Oh and the whole thing is only about the size of a little finger nail so not very big.

Yeah I did think eggs and searched fly eggs but didn't think about spiders
I didn't notice the one on the muslin wrap until I went to re-wrap Kyle earlier, he had it on all night Poor little boy. I will be double, triple, quadruple checking everything from now on until I'm sure all the spiders are gone off the line.
Apparently we have some mortein stuff in the garage so the line will be done today.

I'm still totally grossed out, imagine if they had been on my undies..........ew, i've totally got the heebee geebies about it.

Yeah it's gross aye! We just scratch them off and rewash the stuff. Its worse when you put on a top and a huge black spider starts crawling up you

LOL, same here!

Mum always puts her washing in the dryer on a cooler setting just to get any bugs out of it. Don't think it'd work with eggs though.

Had to laugh at the undies comment

Yep we get those all the time in our house - and I terrified of Praying Mantis' too.

The spider eggs are grossing me out too - at least we don't really have poisonous spiders in NZ.

heheh I had to laugh at the undies comment too

We get them every now and then, makes my skin crawl.
Thanksfully in summer it only takes an hour for clothes to dry here so they don't really get a chance to lay eggs.
I have found some in Hannah's clothing before though

Definately spider eggs. Is your washing line situated under trees or over hanging branches? Thats when I used to get them when our line was under trees or branches....It's very gross when you dont notice them especially when they are on your towels ....

Ohh those are moth eggs!! I dont think they are spider eggs?? Might be lol, but they look like moth eggs to me.

We get them on our clothes if they get left on the line over night, its so gross!! So I dont leave out stuff outsude at night anymore, cos Im paranoid theya re going to be on my undies and not notice!!!!

I'd agree with Sheza that they are moth eggs rather than spider eggs. Try googling moth eggs images.

We had a couple of patches of these things on the roof a little while ago but we don't have any spiders in the house but lots of moths!! I occasionally see them on the curtains and stuff too.

Yeah they do look more like moth eggs when I searched images.
Must stop being lazy and bring the washing in rather than leaving it out over night

On the plus side I really don't mind moths, much nicer than spiders.
