Does anyone know how to do this in photobucket (or any other common application)? I want to make a story line using about 4 pics and adding speech bubbles.

I find it easier to join the pics together in another editing package (like http://www.download.com/GIMP/3000-2192_4-10073935.html?tag=mncol - GIMP or http://www.download.com/IrfanView/3000-2192_4-10021962.html?tag=mncol - Irfanview . You can use GIMP to add speech bubbles etc or you can use photobucket to do it (upload the pic, click 'edit', choose 'decorate' and there are speech and thought bubbles there).
