Just had a bit of an afternoon "roll in the hay" with my man and now I've got cramps
They don't feel anything like the braxton hicks I've been getting or anything, just a dull constant cramp.
Is that normal?? I don't want to ring my midwife coz I already have today and its the one I really HATE (I usually see any 1 of 3 midwives).
I've taken a couple of panadol but so far it hasn't done anything & its supposed to be the "rapid" stuff so not really sure what to do now.

first of all good on you but how? well I know how of course but man thats the last thing I feel like these days, couldnt think of anything worse to be honest!!! but anyway is it at the top or bottom or your stomach? could it be left over ummm orgasim type spasms if that makes sense and isnt TMI. Someone else had these sort of problems a wee while ago I think and went to the hospital but apparentl baby had just packed a sad at the bouncing around and rolled into a wee ball or something, the thread is around somewhere

Ok I don't think its labour coz its just a dull steady ache, not coming & going or anything...and besides I'm pretty positive this baby is going to be late like his brother was.
LMAO I'm always keen for a roll in the hay...usually don't since the tummy gets in the way though.
The cramp is low down just like period pain. Its not too bad but painful enough to notice it

I wouldnt worry unless it starts coming and going like contractions. I often have a dull ache at the bottom of my stomach but cant blame it on having a good time like you.
This baby is way to active it would feel way to weird to have sex with the baby kicking around!

Lol I know I'm being a big wuss but I really hate all this uncomfiness in pregnancy.
I wish it was labour...oh god do I wish it was labour!!! I've so had it with being pregnant, I want him out & in his own cot instead of sharing my body & booting the bugger out of me!
It does feel weird doing the wild thing at this stage, I haven't had cramp like this before but I'm sure it will be fine, I just need to whinge I guess

i remember having pain after sex in the late stages with my daughter too. i did mention it to my midwife and she said that it was probably due to using muscles that were already stretched to the max. it was a very period cramp type feeling for me too.

LOL Roksana! First time pregnant I actually asked my midwife to tell Spencer it was "OK" to do the wild thing!!
She even told him it is actually good for the muscles down there so he had no excuses to not put out
Anyway, I had a lovely warm bath and the crampy feeling went away so I'm guessing it was just another one of those lovely pregnancy aches & pains.

Oh thats a bit of a bummer for you Roksana.
My first pregnancy I was always keen for a good shag (lol there's another one to put on the list!) but this time around I'm like "yeeaaahhhh I suppose...." I just can't be bothered too much & my belly gets in the way.

Well the thing is that I had a really bad bleed at 18 weeks and had a big pouch of blood sitting above my placenta. Doc said no action till that goes away....it took several weeks.....finally when we could roll in hay my hubby was too scared that I would bleed again. The problem was that I wanted to roll around all the time.....oh well....
Good on all of you who still get somthng somthng at later stages!!!

I just feel to weird now there are definately 3 in the equation. once baby started kicking that was it for us in the bedroom department. Hubby doesnt mind at all, he feels the same way as me in fact its probably more him than me that doesnt want to do the deed.

I know what you mean, Nikki! I get so increadably (sp?) horny from about this point in each pregnancy...
Kiya's father did a runner 6 weeks later... AAAGGGHHH!!!
I was still bleeding on and off with Josiah, and we didn't know why so we were being careful about EVERYTHING... AAGGHHH!!!
But I haven't bled this time since week 4 - and I've jumped Nat twice in the last two days! It's all good!

I think I used up all of my "sex kitten minx" thing in the first and second trimesters lol
But hubby feels a bit "weirded out" when we're only having a cuddle and bubs kicks him, I wonder what would happen if the "relations" started up again? lol

Lol well I think no more "friendly cuddles" in this household. They seem to trigger all the aches & niggles and then nothing happens!! I'm going insane! I keep thing "oh yes maybe this is it!" because all the pains come & even start getting a pattern to them and then they just stop

Poor old Willie hasn't had any loving since we found out we were preg. I thought I'd get over the whole fear of m/c thing after first tri, but now he is too scared of hurting the babies, and plus I think my belly would get in the way already.
Funny thing is with Maya we just kept on as usual. I think I worry much more these days...
