When does spotting get termed bleeding?
I ask cos yesterday I spotted, ie not enough for more than a panty liner required. This morning woke up to what I thought was AF (normally when she arrives she is here in full force). However by mid afternoon it had stopped and was more what i would consider light. And considering AF is not due till Friday I am finding this really weird! So what do you consider the difference? |

How long do you usually have AF for? For me if I need more than a liner I count it as AF even if it's just for a day or so (cause AF only ever sticks around for 2 days anyway for me).
Because your temps have dropped in the last couple of days I'd say AF sorry  - but I'm no expert so that's just going by my personal charting history eg temp drop = AF about to arrive.
You might be having a funny stop-starty month. Last month I had AF for 2 days then nothing for a day then AF for another day. Weirdest cycle for me so far actually. ------------- http://alterna-tickers.com">

normally you can almost set my clock by my LP - it's 14 days, ovulation however can be at anytime
so figure it is just trying to prove me wrong

I'd like to know the answer to that too, I thought it was only AF once it was red and actually flowing. Hopefully I'll be able to tell you a more definitive answer tomorrow after I've been to the doctor.
