Hi
Was wondering if any baking whiz people can tell me if it is possible to freeze the mixture for chocolate chippie biscuits and then take out and cook at a later date? Or otherwise could I bake the biscuits and freeze them until later? What would be better?
Thanks so much in advance.

I usually make my cookie dough and freeze it in long rolls.  Then we just chop off the number off cookies we want and bake them from frozen.
