Hi!! Welcome to our little corner of the world

Don't listen to a thing people say about me

(I am beggining to think I am missing out on something ...the husband has 18 months on me. Although, that has certain benefits in that he will always have more wrinkles I suppose ... )

I don't think I did tell you, as honestly, I forget the age gap exists. We only really notice it in situations when he will talk about a tv show that was on before I was born.

I must admit I can be a bit mean. There have been a number of times when I have had to point out that it was before my time.

What is really yuck is when we think that when he started high school I was just in primary school

My DH tells everyone he is my toyboy. I tell them he is fibbing cause he is nearly bald and looks older so it cant be true. Gets them thinking. I apparently dont look my age either (thats my story and Im sticking to it!!!!!!)

My neighbours have great fun with their ages - he is younger by about 6 months ...but she was born 1969, and he was born 1970, so he keeps saying that she was born in another decade, and that she's a 60s child and he's a 70 child. She hates it. He thinks it's hilarious. He doesn't even mind getting belted every time he says it (which is frequently)!!

Lol ginger, that's classic!

Nat (my DH) likes to hassle me about being an older woman... there is just under a year gap - his birthday is the start of October, and mine is near the end... actually, #3 is due smack bang right inbetween our birthdays! Whenever he calls me old, I tell him to respect his elders...
