Just heard on the news that the government funding Plunket line again and is also looking at introducing an email help line and chatrooms. Apparently they want to put more into parent help services- must be a good thing.

That's great news although I have to say that having it integrated with Healthline was pretty painless anyway.
When you rang through you just got told to press 1 or something to go through to Plunketline - so it just operated within Healthline. The registered nurses there have always been exceptionally good and I love that they keep a file for you so you have your history there ready to go. -------------

That is great news although like you Bobbie I have found having it integrated with healthline very good anyway. The article doesn't say but I assume they'll still be integrated (i.e. we'll still call the same number) but we'll now be able to call 24/7 again if necessary.
