Hey Ladies, I had teh worse weekend. Everything went wrong at once.

Did travel alot though so thinking maybe the long drive set it all off.

I got sciatica real bad where I couldnt walk. The pain was in my left buttock then traveled right down my leg. Couldnt move or sleep.  Felt like my legs were swollen cause they felt that tightening sensation when you get bad sunburn. My ankles looked so huge, got bleeding gums and swollen, pimples galore on my face, including dry rash looking marks on my face. Great weekend. Must be a little run down.

Went for my walk this moring and has helped quite a bit (the sciatica).

Anyone else suffer from Sciatica????

I also had it. When to a physio but they couldn't help much so went to see a hospital physio that specialised in pregnant mums. She was fantastic. Gave me tips on how to move without putting to much pressure on by back. She also gave me a back support that wraps around your back and lower stomach....that took the pressure off my back which seem to help my sciatica nerve. Well worth a visit. It got to the stage that it would take me 5 mns to get out of bed and I'd have to use every bit of furniture to help get myself to the bathroom. I was a wreck and it didn't help having a two year old around as I couldn't lift him or anything which made it very hard. I think supporting myself correctly was a huge help.

thnx ladies,

Since I have been for my walk I have only got the niggles. This morning im fine. So yeah walking does help, although its hard to begin with but after half hour it started to loosen up. Also did some stretches that helped a little.
