I am finding facebook completely confusing
I want to know how you set your profile thingy so that only friends view your full page. - does that make sense? Is that possible? Thanks -------------

on your home page, up in the top right hand corner is a little heading "settings" click on that and then choose privacy settings. Go from there. Cant tell you any more as facebook just crashed onme

somehow noone can even find me in a search so yeah I managed it somehow..not sure exactly though,.. i think i just set only friends to everything ? ------------- Mum to two amazing boys! |

Go to "settings" at the top of the screen and select "Privacy".
Click "Profile" and change the relevant settings to "Only friends" by using the dropdown boxes. If you don't even want friends to see your contact details such as e-mail, phone numbers etc, then select the "Contact Information" Tab and change these as well to "No one". If you don't want people to be able to search for you at all, this is in the "Search" section found under "Privacy". Change your search visibility in there. However, if you're happy for people to look you up then leave it as "Everyone". If your profile privacy settings are correct then they won't see any more than your little search profile box. |
