Has anyone had any experiance with doing this. I imagine it would be pretty simple to do and cheaper??

I made my own inserts and I think it would be cheaper especially as I went through and bought the hemp odds and ends from Greenbeans. It was a bit time consuming but cheaper than buying by the metre

I had an old microfibre towel here that I cut up & put in my folded flat nappies, works a treat, didn't bother even sewing the edges.
