Help please ladies, can I add newly EBM to some that has been in the fridge for a few hours/a day? Or must I use a new bottle for each session of expressing?

A few hours yes but I would be keeping it separate if it is expressed on different days. Make sure it is the same temperature before adding it to an already chilled batch. Don't forget to date it, it will last for 5 days in the fridge.

You can add it to the existing bottle once it is cold but you must not put freshly expressed and warm milk into cold milk.
