My 2 year old has got swelling from her nose up to her eye (right side) and both cheeks are red and abit swollen so are her eyebrows, She's a little bit hot but seems ok within herself. Im currently at work and DP just brought her in to see me I've advised him to take her to the hosp to get checked but he has my somewhat naughty 3year old and my darling 3mth old and I dont think he would cope waiting in the waiting room for hours with all the kids... I thought it was mumps but she dont have the right symptoms... I know it dont look good, any suggestions? I wouldn't have a clue, but a first thing to do might be ring Healthline - they might be able to talk through the symptoms with you and advise about what to od. It might buy your DH some time while you sort out your cover. ------------- Mum to two wee boys |
