Does anyone know much about this or tried it? I meant to pop into the health shop and ask about it today. Meant to be great for "something" in the last month or so of pregnancy? Like red Leaf Tea??

I took 5W - it's got raspberry leaf in it so you don't have to drink the tea!
I think you are meant to start taking it around 36 weeks. I took it up until I was due but then ran out and it was so damn expensive I thought - screw it! Went just under two weeks without it then gave birth with no tearing etc. So who knows? Either it did work (even though I hadn't taken it for the past two weeks) or my body just wasn't the tearing type?!? You can never really tell these things but I don't think it does any harm! (except to your pocket) |
