This week I have managed to do three 1 hour walks around the Mount and 1 swim for an hour in amongst work and home...Paige and Mark.
Yesterday I did an hours walk and an hours swim. I was buggered BUT slept like a log - did not wake up and feel pretty good today.

I think there is something to be said for keeping up some form of cardio exercise three to four times a week!!

I hope you all get out there and do some heart pumping form of activity!!

Ive tried to keep up my exercise as much as possible. But I havent done as much as I'd like.
Yesterday I did a 40min walk and was absolutly buggered, had sore muscles and everything, but I do feel better for it.

That's fantastic - keep it up! I try to walk home from work as often as I can well at least 3 times a week. I have yoga classes starting next week which should be a little benefit too. I have only recently just got back my energy after the first 3 months as I was feeling pretty tired then.

I would like to try YOGA ..supposed to be great for stretching all those "bits" down there and getting them in tip top shape for birth.

But in saying that..I remember watching this Yoga on tv and they were sneezing and farting and carrying on..It was bizarre? Is it like that or has it changed?

thanks, I always feel great after Ive exercised - its just getting motivated to get of the couch. Sounds like you are going great though. I would love to do swimming but Im not very good and feel a bit stupid.

My husband was laughing at me last night because I was waddling round the place more than usual, and was having a bit of trouble straigtening my back and getting off the couch! I cant wait till I can go for a run again, and not feel 100 years old

Oh I wasnt swimmming...more like dog paddling and moving slowly through the water...My arms were a bit sore but it was great cause the water takes the weight and you can move your muscles and things and know they are not getting jarred about!

Yes that waddling thing is funny...its so much easier to waddle when you are nearly full term!! Much more comfortable!

Im trying but had no energy cos my iron was to low and also this baby is sitting soooo low that whenever I walk even to the gate I need to go to the toilet, honestly Im not making excuses, I couldnt even make it to my car the other day. I have lost 600gms though because of the change in eating with GD, now I just have to figure out some exercise that I wont wet my pants doing! Good on you all for getting out there and doign something
