I am booked to see my midwife tommorrow to have one done. I was just wondering if it hurts.
I'm hopeful that it will get things started as I can hardly walk from my pelvic joints being soo sore. Please wish me luck.  -------------

Nope, feels a little uncomfy like a smear.

I dont know what that is...but sound like a normal sweep? I had one done and it was uncomfortable but not painful!!

I had one when I was in labour and it was NOT fun! I'd have much preferred to have one when I wasn't contracting! -------------

yeah i had one and it was uncomfortable but seemed to do the trick...i went into labour the next morning....
