I am just over 23 weeks and i am swollen down below and have quite abit of dicharge, I also for the last three weeks have constant pain in the pelvic bone meets leg joint area, at times i can't move. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on or have any suggestions?

I know you can get pelvic pain due to SPD which is where things hurt really badly you can hardly move. I have had this from about 17 weeks. I am also a bit swollen (so it feels like anyway ).
However since you also have a discharge I would get this checked with your MW or dr. You might have thrush or something else that might need treatment.

I second this - I had horific SPD with my second and if i overdid it i felt swollen
I would definately get the discharge checked out

yea go to the doctor chic. extra blood flow can cause a wee bit of extra swelling especially if you dont drink enough water as you get fluid retention but with the discharge id get checked for infection/thrush etc...

You have extra blood flow in that area while pregnant and it can make it swollen, as I have the same problem, and its all very normal. The pelvic pain will be from things stretching and baby pushing down most likely, and the discharge is normal, unless its brown, pink or greeny and smelly etc , but if you are worried let your MW know.
