What do you have? do you like it?
Im looking to get one as im using my oversize hand bag at the moment but its quite difficult and its kinda like lucky dip as you cant open it very far to see what your looking for and i probably need the insulated pockets for the formula, Any suggestions?

Get a http://www.thepouchmiss.com.au/find_out_more.html - pouchmiss for your oversize bag!
From http://www.babybites.co.nz/articles/200904_articles/200904_Pouchmiss.html - babybites :
Particularly in love with your handbags and can’t imagine having to trade them for a nappy bag? You don’t have to!
A fabulous invention, the http://www.thepouchmiss.com.au - Pouchmiss is an organizer that fits inside your handbag, giving it all of the functionality of a nappy bag. As well as a multitude of compartments and zip pockets, the Pouchmiss includes 2 built in insulated bottle pockets carriers and a change mat.
What we love the most about it (other that the fact it’s fully washable – it will never cease to amaze me what can end up spilt in a nappy bag!) is that it can be inserted to any large handbag – so you can hold onto a little bit of your pre-baby life, where you had a different bag for every outfit.
The Pouchmiss is currently available in New Zealand from http://www.babynation.co.nz/ - Baby Nation for $49.95, or from a number of http://www.thepouchmiss.com.au/where_to_buy.html - Australian stockists .

Wow, they sound great! I'm currently lugging my large Baby Gear bag around all the time. Weegee, do you have one yourself? Are they attractive enough to use by themselves without putting into another bag?

No, I'm still just coveting one myself You could use them by themselves but they only have a small handle to take in and out of another bag, so they wouldn't be very practical.
Here's a pic:
