ok - so happened to stumble on this absurdity:
Baby Bangs, for the girl who has everything but hair, is another one of those baby beautification products (eekkk!). This time it's a headband with a fringe for bald little girl babies whose mother is neurotic about her being mistaken for a boy. Utterly ridiculous.

LOL, priceless!! I'm the exact opposite of that niche market - my daughter still looks bald, I dress her in little blue clothes, and she's often happilly grubby (pre-bath). HAHAHA! And I take great delight in the way people try to geuss what sex a baby is, surprisingly it's when she's in blue that they get it right!!!

They can't be serious!
I must admit it would be kind of funny to freak people out when your baby all of a sudden pulled her "hair" off her head in public

Haha, I was a baldy baby until I was over a year old and I reckon I was pretty cute :-) Who cares if people mistake your baby anyway!
Caitlynsmum, that is classic using a boys name hahaha!
