Hi has anyone out there made use of 'breast shells' to collect milk and protect the nipples between feeds? I have heard some good things about them but wonder if anyone has personal experience and can recommend a brand? Also can these be worn under maternity bras / clothing? I use the Avent breast shells and they're very comfortable. Nice to be covered up but still airing sore nipples. Unfortunately the can only be worn for 40 mins at a time as the pressure around aerreola may block milk ducts. They really only good for around the house as they look quite obvious when wearing them.
