Tayla over the last couple of weeks has started "travelling" around her cot, ending up with her head right up on the headboard and a couple times wiggled out of her blankets and turned around so she was parallel with the headboard and blankets  and she has a sleeping wedge but still manages to wiggle out of that too.
so since it's getting close to winter I was thinking of getting Tayla a couple grobags and was wondering if anyone had a travelling baby and would the sleeping bags help stop this?? Thanks  ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

Hi, we had the same problem with our son and put him in a gogo bag and he stopped travelling, but he was waking up heaps as he actually likes the covers over him  , so we have him a swaddledee wrap, with his blankets over him and he doesn't move in that.

Ella used to move around heaps in her sleep as well, and moving her to a sleeping bag didn't change that at all (she could still rolling,crawl,walk,run, jump in the sleeping bag)....BUT at least I knew that she would always be warm no matter whereabouts in the cot she ended up. So yes I would recommend some sleeping bags for winter. I was worried that she would always need to be a sleeping bag, but thankfully she has recently started to outgrow this and even through she still turns a lot in her sleep, she now manages to sleep underneath a duvet.

Yep Issy still ends up all over the cot and she is in a sleeping bag, the only real advantage is that you know that they are warm no matter where they end up in the cot. ------------- Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months) I did it .. 41 kgs gone!
