Any plumbing supplies place will stock these..there are tons on google..
I also have low pressure at my place and my plumber recommended getting a shower head that is compatible with both low and mains pressure in case you ever upgrade in the future.. |

| The Methven satinjet is one that uses less water. But they do depend on what water pressure you have now. Go to a plumbing or hardware store(placemakers, mitre 10 mega etc) and have a talk to the guys in the plumbing departments |
