I drank a whole litre of Charlies grapefruit juice on CD13. I was going on holiday so couldn't take it with me. Not sure if it helped but I got my BFP 2 weeks later :)
I was also drinking Green tea once a day, this also increases EWCM. -------------

hehe Babe, I was wondering the same thing. Now that i think about it, just before I got my BFP with Ella I drank heaps of grapefruit juice (mainly because I wasn't suppose to drink it while I was on the pill, so I really missed drinking it). Yea... it did increase my ewcm..... I also read that pineapple juice helps with implantation so I drank heaps of that after ovulation... but that didnt work this cycle. But they are part of my fertility "diet" lol.. |
