We have decided that since Paris love to eat this healthy snack that she'd think a popcorn maker would be a kewl pressie. has anyone got one of the home popcorn poppers, would prefer to use ones that do not involve fat/oil etc in order to make it healthier...

If you do have one, what brand and how good is it?
we want one that's quick and easy to use and clean up.

Any opinions would be great.

We have a Breville Crazy Popper.
it's awesome
It's really fast (but a bit noisy) and pops every kernel perfectly - 2 years on.
It gets pretty hot and can get a bit over-poppy so some kernels come flying out (and they're HOT) so the girls will have to stand back from it until it's done.
But it uses heat, no butter/oil, to pop and the popcorn is yummy and crunchy

We have a breville crazy popper too and love it.

Because it uses heat and air instead of butter or oil it's so easy clean. We just wait for it to cool down and then wipe it out with a clean tea towel to remove and popcorn crumbs..

We have the breville too, blew up the sunbeam one by overuse lol

It's hilarous when it pops all over the place, half the fun of it but usually if you have a deep enough bowl you'll catch it all.

I've got one that goes in the microwave - dont know what brand as I nicked it from my mum. Its a bowl which kinda feels like plasticy ceramic with a vented plastic lid. I prefer it to the plug in one I used to have as its quiet, tidy and takes only 4mins for a big bowl.

You can also use oven bags to make pop corn in the microwave - just need to leave a little hole at the top so it doesn't blow up.
