I had the jab last thursday (for the first time ever) and the muscle in my arm is still very sore. It hurts to touch and it also hurts to lift or raise my arm above my head. I didn't think it would be this sore 4 days later...Is this normal?

Hmm I had mine a week ago, it wasn't even sore the day I had it unless I touched it. Might be worth a quick ring to your practise nurse to put your mind at ease?

I had one a couple of months ago and was fine but then about three days later it was REALLY sore, like I had pulled a muscle. Don't think it is anything to worry about.
