I have suffered from multiple chemical pregnancies and am thinking of asking my specialist to go on clomiphene just in case I have some kind of hormonal imbalance that needs sorting out.

Vanillabean - surely after 4 m/c they should refer you to a specialist. I am so sorry to see that you had one recently too.
Well, last month was my first month on clomid. I am on a low dose seeing I ov on my own anyway. I luckily did not have any side effects. I also had the usual EWCM and my uterine lining was thick(scan). The possibility of multiple births is pretty slim if you are monitored. Although I did not get my BFP on the first month as I hoped there is still a 40% chance of a BFP within the first 3 months and 50% after 6 months. |

Yeah I have seen three different specialists and no one has been able to diagnose an underlying cause. That is why I am looking at suggesting treatments to my specialist. Yes, but they shoudl start you off on a very low dose so this should not happen.

With clomid there is a 10% chance of twins,,, theres about an 85%of a singleton and the rest is divided into other multiples like triplets etc..they are minimal chances like <1%.
I'm on my 5th cycle. I had some mood swings on clomid, but they subside pretty quickly after you take the last pill- in my experience anyways... ------------- My Beautiful Little Emily http://lilypie.com">
