I'm still breastfeeding and haven't had AF since I had my wee girl 10months ago. The last three days I've had cramps down there and been feeling a bit sick. I've also had a bit of pain in my back.
Did anyone have this feeling before AF came back after breastfeeding or do you reckon it is something else? It started after I had my smear done on Thursday? I also did a pregnancy test the other day but was a BFN. It could be too soon thou if I was pregnant to be a BFP.
I never had cramps like this when i had AF before being pregnant or is this just another thing that changes after having a baby that people don't tell you?

OMG I so know what you're talking about if its related to AF. I had easybreezy AFs before having a baby - no PMS, no cramps, no nothing. Afterwards was a very different story - cramping, nausea, exhaustion, achey, PMS etc. It was horrible and took months to settle back down to what it is now which is still awful PMS, minor cramping on occasion and really tired. Hope it settles down for you if it is AF!

The first AF after baby can be somewhat uncomfy/different, especially IMO if you have sorta forgotten what its all about lol. But it might just be that things are stirring up after your smear.
