Hi - as the girls on the August 09 thread know, yesterday it was announced that our positions are "disestablished" and we now have to interview for what's left. Frankly, even tho my maternity plan had been signed off, I now know it's null and void and I need some help.

Does anyone know of or can recommend an employment lawyer in the auckland region? I'd be very appreciative!

I'll get the details from my parents from the guy I used recently, I think he is based out near me in Pukekohe though. But he was really helpful.

thanks - I don't mind a drive if they are useful!
Kel, would your SIL be able to recommend anyone in particular who might have more experience with my situation?

LawWorks in Auckland City deal with employment law, I use to be the Practice Manager there a few years ago now and they had a very good name then and I am sure still do.

Here is a link to their website http://www.lawworksnz.com/index.php/pi_pageid/27 - LawWorks
