ok Ladies Just got a text from Toni...she said she went in to labour naturally so did not need to be induced. Only 2cm....so still waiting!!!

Another update !
Had just hopped into bed and another txt came through, but thought I'd better let you ladies know the latest - unfortunately it looks Toni is going in for another c-section coz bubs was getting too distressed - BUT that also means she'll have her wee man in her arms very very soon !

Hi Ladies! I managed to con my way into going home early since I'm feeling so fantastic!
Well I didn't get my VBAC but I managed to get into labour naturally & I got to 5cms pretty quickly too. Its just everything stalled from there. As it turns out Blaire was posterior which is why he wouldn't come out & the registrar who did my c-section said that I'm just not made for popping out babies as my pelvis is a funny shape & also my cervix is abnormally thick so it physically can't thin out like it is supposed to. It would have been nice to know before doing the whole labour thing but never mind
The c-secion went really smoothly & very painless after so I was up & about asap & dying to get home. Hopefully I will get some photos up very shortly for you all of my little man Blaire. Oh and a big thankyou to Jax & Roksana for updating everyone for me. It was awesome to visit the Oh Baby! website & see all the congrats!

Well my family is officially all back together. My mum dropped off Alex this morning. Alex has been really curious of his new brother & has been pretending to be a baby eg getting into the bouncinette & pulling a blankie over himself when I get Blaire out of it. So far the tandem breastfeeding is going really well. Alex doesn't seem to mind sharing at all and it has been a real relief not to have sore swollen boobs LOL! Already I have a rough routine sussed out AND I managed to get all my housework done today so I was stoked ------------- Mum to Alex (11), Blaire (10) & Erika (8) and Damien (6) Successful HWB VBA2Cs!
