Well I think it is worse today, too slow, can't get into stuff, get thrown off while doing a post, so may not be on here much today.
So either the upgrade did not happen or it failed. Can we have an update please? |

I know Emma is trying to get answers from the developers based on her FB page.
It does suck. Methinks that the developers do know what the issue is but it's a 'too hard' fix so they are trying other things first. But that's just my own opinion based on my experience in the industry. -------------

argh me too - it takes ages to get into the forums when i click on the front page and half the time it will take ages and then finally let me into the forums but i'll be a "guest", then i click something else and i'm mum2paris again, I have been trying to get into my pm's for days - it either freezes me out, or says i don't have persmission to access that. Sorry I've taken so long to update, I've been holding off in the hope I'd have more information than I actually do, but unfortunately at this stage I don't really
We are on the new server, which is why some of you have found things going really fast, but when there are lots of people logged on at once it struggles to cope and so we get the errors, time outs and slow loading again. They do know what the issue is, it's just turning out to be a rather complex fix as there are several things which need to be done and they can only be done one at a time. Today one of our developers is running some processes that will help, and we are working on the other fixes as fast as we can. It's really just become an issue of people power as we can only work as fast as the man hours will let us. Again, my sincere, sincere apologies for all the issues and the delay in fixing them, I really do feel your frustration, and we are really grateful to all of you for sticking with us, we love our OHbaby! community. me too having issues, tried to log into high risk , october and northshrore mums meet up,

Are there any updates?
Last we heard they knew the issue and were taking steps to resolve it but the last few days have been worse than ever. Sure we got double posts before and couldn't display forums but now additionally the board is eating posts - you submit them and when the page loads up again the post hasn't appeared. It can take 3 or 4 tries to get them to 'stick' -------------

We're still working on it, I met with our tech team on Monday and they are optimistic at this stage that it will all be fixed by the end of the week (yes, I know - you've heard that before, but this time I think it might actually be a fix!). It's faster this morning but all yesterday the fastest I could load a page in any thread was 35 seconds and the average was about 90.
ETA: There's been a new problem all of today in our thread (Jan/Feb mummies) where you get dumped on the first page of the thread when you've clicked on the most recent page and it doesn't show any pages after page one. The URL does have the correct page number for the thread in it though (i.e. '=743' not '=1') -------------

Emma, it shows 377 pages & last post on the 13th June. When you got to page 377 & go to the drop down bit at the bottom of the page it shows another 3 pages but you can't get to access them. ------------- Kel http://lilypie.com">
