Hi all,
I had my wee bubba a year ago, when I was 19. It was a horrible birth, and I had a huge episiotomy - was cut 3 times, front to back. Took me ages to recover enough to be able to get back to normal life, but still one year on it is incredibly painful. After many doctor and gyno visits I have finally been put on the waiting list for surgery...they are going to try and surgically stretch the thick band of scar tissue, and if that doesnt work, reconstruct.
I was wondering if there are any other women out there that have been through this same thing and can offer some advice/share their stories (please no horror operation stories, I am nervous enough as it is!!).
This is having a big effect on my life and marriage and I cant wait for it to be over - have been given a 50% chance that the op will work, because my scar tissue is so bad. Sigh!

Haven't got any advice but I'm off to see the gyno in the future about my episiotomy that I had with Chloe. Ouchies. It really does have a huge affect especially on your relationship with DH, huh.
