i think it is possible since google has sooo much content it needs to sort and someone has to do it. either way, if you have a debit card instead of credit card its easy enough to find out without getting screwed

ETA: i just sent it to DH to have a look and it is wellington in the states and probably only open to states only. he also looked at the fine print and the start up is $1 but then postage is a few dollars, then you pay $40 after that if you dont cancel and then $9.95 a month and blah blah blah. he is a software developer and actaully found it is fake. it says the artilce is from a publication ffrom the wellington herald but the URL is the daily herald and the site is registered on the 23rd of may and is only valid for a year which means it is not an ongoing company. so unfortunitly it is a complete sham. lol. nothing ever comes easy aye.

It also comes up with one of those stupid windows when you try to close asking if you really want to leave the page thats one of the things I look for when it feels dodgy

It says the Manukau Herald up the top for me, not the Wellington Herald... it must track where your server is from....

haha yeh true it says auckland for me and im in tauranga. bugga it wood be kool if one of these things were real, i could really do with a quick buck or 2 lol

Think its too good to be true - and I agree it is annoying trying to exit - that is just desperation on their behalf.
