Is anyone waiting on fluffy post at the moment?
I just ordered a couple of gorgeous print fitted nappies from the USA! They were offering free international shipping and I couldn't resist! I have been using mainly Itti Bittis on Max but have recently knitted him a couple of pairs of longies so I'm keen to give these fitteds a go. I got a medium & a one-size. Hope they don't take too long to get here!!

I got my parcel yesterday - some ittis for Amy (cow print and rockmelon) plus some dandelions wipes. Don't think I can really afford to buy anymore at the moment.
But there is lots I would love to buy!

Oh yeah wipes, I have about 40 of them hehehe, bought them off FortunateKids on trade me. I'm such a nerd, I fold them together like how tissues are folded in a tissue box, and stick them in one of those plastic huggies wipes boxes, so that when you pull out one wipe the next one pops up, hehe then just run one under warm water, then pat her dry with a dry one
And yup there's lots more I want to buy but we now have enough nappies and wipes to last three days (I wash every 2nd day though) so am not allowed to buy anymore lol

You could always sell a few to fund some new ones. I do that if I'm desperate

got my honeychild....decided to try it on Tom overnight rather than James....well, I had flashbacks to Tom's first overnight nappy....a small red honeychild. Every time I got him in it, he pooed. It was about 2 weeks before he actually lasted more than 30 min in it.
So I put it on him last night (he's pooed that day so all sweet). Pop him to bed in his "special nappy". Went in 30 min later...whats that smell???? He'd pooed!!!! What is it about honeychild that draw the poo out of my boy????

Oh dear! How annoying! On a brighter note, I just received the ittis NZpiper and I'm officially in love! Nova has just gone down for a sleep so next change we'll be trying them out - hopefully she won't try to pull Tom's trick
Thanks heaps, I think I may need some more soon

I remember when I first bought an Itti for Leo - every time he wore it he did a poo! It didn't matter what time of day it was or whether he'd already done one, I just figured it was so comfy and that was the reason

Aww, you guys are making me want some Ittis, but I'm sure Cam is too much of a heavy wetter for them now. Maybe I could get one 2nd hand with a booster and try it out.....
He did have one small Itti was lovely, until DH managed to put it into the rubbish bag instead of the nappy bag! So no more Itti!

If Cam is a heavy wetter then I think Itti Bittis would be perfect! They are made with bamboo and were my most absorbent nappy I used on Leo (no longer in nappies). I think Max is a heavy wetter and we've never had a leak in his AIOs

I got 11pm to 8am out of Cooper last night. SIO with a mini booster He did leak a little poo out but probably cause Alia was squishing him
Anna, Cooper has been in the same snaps since he was little, his tum seems to go over top of the nappy but his waist is still tiny.

Thanks!
They're Muttaqins http://www.muttaqinbaby.com/diapers.html - the service was excellent and they only took about a week to get here. They had a special for free shipping when I ordered but I'm not sure if that's still available. You could try entering "freeship" at the checkout to see though

Hey, we got a free chocolate and blue nappy from the Ecobubs photoshoot! We got there and had to wait half an hour, during which time Chelsea was very patient. But when it was her turn she had a major tantrum and screamed the place down but apparently they got some good shots between screams, lol
They are going to post me a CD of the photos, so will upload one when it's ready!

Ooh I just got given some longies last night, knitted by my step-mother's mum she's making another pair too, yay! When your bubs wear them to bed, what else do you put on them? Chelsea is normally just in a singlet, nightie and wrap. Hope she doesn't get too hot if she wears the longies at night too!

I think longies are lovely in the winter-time! Wool (if 100%) is breathable so I don't think she'd get too hold. They're great because the absorb liquid but also let a small amount evaporate out, so great leak protection!
