I am so frustrated with stupid TV pregnancies right now!! Does anyone watch Private Practice? Is it just me or has it been a whole 5 episodes and already Violet has gone from just finding out she is pregnant with her flat belly and now she looks almost ready to POP!
Sorry for the random post, just needed to get it out when I know this pregnancy seems to be dragging by for me... I am grateful to be pregnant but if only it was as easy as it is on TV! LOL I don't think I will watch the episode where she actually gives birth coz that will tip me right over the edge.... hahah jokes  -------------

lol Bex  !!! It does crack me up how 'fast' TV pregnancies are. Having said that, Rachel on Home and Away her pregnancy seems to be taking a while  ------------- Our Angel July 08  Gone but not forgotten

Im angry at Morgan on Shortland Street for beating me to it lol, she got preg the same time I did haha, and I think maia may have been pregnant the same time I was preg with Caden..lol
And another funny thing is TV labours, they make them look super fake and over the top. ------------- |

I noticed tonight her bump changed shapes, sizes and position!!
Lol yep ive got ages to go and im already moaning!!! Lol if it weren't for the constant MS I probably wouldn't be this annoyed lol. Sorry! -------------

Ohh just wait until you get to 20 weeks bex, then it will start to fly by!! and you will be thinking "Sh*t!!! Im having a baby in x amount of weeks!!"

Yea I can't wait to get there Sheena.... think its just the frustration of knowing I coulda been at like 35 weeks by now... nevermind though at least this one has stuck!!!  I'm sure i'll start to wish it was going slower later on when I haven't got all my sh*t together LOL!-------------

I know how ya feel hunny *hugs*, but yep this baby is a sticky one and thats all that matters Your wee angel baby is looking out for this one(thats what DH and I always said about our angel baby, that it was watching over Caden).
haha yeah!! I was just saying to DH, can he think of anything we need for bubs, as I have kind of been so wrapped up in Cadens first birthday and the like that I forgot I was haivng another baby in less than 2 months LOL I gotta get cracking and start making sure we are ready for her arrival! ------------- |

Hmmm I was just thinking of another one like Rachel is Didge (bridget) off neighbours... she's been pregnant for awhile... though I do know she gives birth soon! Haven't heard anything about Rachel giving birth though either...
Lol Anthea... I know the dress you mean because DP commented on her boobs when she was wearing it hahaha!! Mmm yea Maia should have definately gone! -------------

hehe TV pregnancies and births always annoy me, too.
The Private Practice episode last week (I think, or the week before) spanned about 6 months, which is why Violet is suddenly huge. But what is up with her bump - it's so LOW! DH and I both noticed it - there's a massive space between her (perky!) boobs and bump. SO unrealistic

Okay putting this forward again because i'm watching Private Practice (why do i do this to myself) I just screamed out loud because someone just asked Violet how many weeks and she said 35!! 35 weeks!! In like 5 episodes!!!!! God damn! -------------

They did do an episode a few weeks back that went over 6 months so yeah she should be ready to pop very soon. I don't think that there were TV pregnancies when I was pregnant with either of my boys. But I still get all teary eyed when it gets sad on the shows, tonight on Grey's I was balling like a baby when that little girl died ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
