Hi all,

I am 38 weeks pregnant and have caught dps cold (really don't like him right now wish he would take more then using vicks)

I am just wondering if anyone else has had a cold while in labour and how they found it I have no doubt that when it comes time to it that I will be fine and forget about it etc.

I was just wondering how you coped and how you found it.

TIA

Yup, I had a shocking cold for weeks before Maddi was born and it was refusing to go away.

My nose was completely blocked and i couldn't breathe. The mw told me not to worry about it and surprisingly enough when the time came and I was in labour it was totally the last thing on my mind and never gave me any problems. (I did have her in a birthing pool so wondered if that made any difference)

Within days of her being born the whole thing seemed to clear up too which was great.

Good Luck with it all!!
