So I've given the girls apple juice a few times (always watered down) and they love it. We drink V8 tropical fruit/vege juice and I was wondering if it's o.k. to give to H & E? (silly question I know) Everyone seems to water down juice for kids and I understand why but do I need to water down V8 juice. It's so packed full of good stuff it seems silly to water it down. -------------

we bought some for the boys the other day, and DP will try it tomorrow, so will let you know if they like it, cause they LOVE flavoured milk (only a lil bit in their cup)  -------------

I dont water down Cadens juice when he has it lol, he has it very rarely though. I wouldnt water down the V8 stuff, like you say its packed full of goodness, would seem silly to water it down. ------------- |
