Anyone else notice a dramatic increase in their sex drive since taking Vitex?
I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now. Also, I have been having PMS type cramps. Is this normal? Maybe my AF is finally about to return? |

I agree with Freckle... sounds like AF might be on the cards for you.
Only takes 2-3 weeks on Vitex for me to get an AF

Yep I noticed an increase. I figured it was my hormones coming back to a better level. ------------- Angel babies Mar '04, Oct '08 and Sep '09. |

I haven't taken it, however a good friend of mine has and she definitely noticed an increase in her sex drive ... her DP loved it!! ------------- DS 8 DD 6 DS 4 DD 2 |

I actually think mine has increased a little, but am way too tired to BD atm. Once I get my energy back DH will be pleased though!! -------------
