Hey! I'm a newbie planning to TTC from September (got married in Jan, going to New York for honeymoon / turning 30 in Sept so waiting til then). I've been off the BCP 4 months now, and been tracking my cycles just by charting mucus (soooo hate that word!  ) and noting Ov pain. Was feeling a bit anxious about the whole EWCM thing cos I only noticed lots on the first cycle. Have been desparately drinking grapefruit juice this month, didn't really help!
So I been googling and found this page, which is really good! Lots of scientific and reassuring info! Bit hard to read, but worth wading through I thought. Just thought I'd post cos someone else might find it useful too! http://www.naturalfamilyplanning.ie/achieve-a-pregnancy/ Enjoy!
