we are currently doing some minor renovations to our house - painting kitchen, new cupboard handles, painting and decorating rooms and new drapes....
We have decided on black drapes for our lounge but im afraid its going to close in our lounge or make it look depressing!?? we have a huge lounge and currently have sage coloured curtains. Anyone else got black curtains??? what did it do for your lounge??? |

We have dark coloured curtains - they are officially "raisin" coloured. We love them, they really make a showpiece in an otherwise plain room. They look sharp against light walls, and really do a good job of shutting out light too.

oh good! im so glad to hear that!!
I dont know how i would describe the colour of my walls???/ um like a light coffee, tea tan colour, lounge sweet is a tanny brown and furniture is a dark rimu so i was hoping the black curtains didnt stand out like dogs balls!! |
