My wee man is approaching 10 months old and in the last month his routine has really changed a lot and i'm just curious to find out what others do.

We are definately down to sleeps in the day, he gets up around 6.30/7 and is back in bed by 9/9.30, his next sleep is around 2. and bed is 6.30/7

Some days though he needs a nap around 1 but its only ever short, so then have to get him to take a nap near 4 ish, which is almost impossible unless its in the pram.

So breakfast is 7ish, he has breakfast followed by a whole bottle, then lunch around 11.30 and this is where he seems to not need a bottle anymore. He then has an afternoon bottle around 2/2.30 before his nap and dinner at 5, big bottle right before bed.

Some days he seems to need milk with lunch others not, how many bottles should he have at this age, he is great with his water cup and drinks lots of water with all his meals.

I think if I remember right then Spencer was having 4 as he had started to sleep through the 10am one. So he had breakfast, lunch, afternoon and before bed.
I should have read this thread before the other one
