In honour of the http://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/blogs/blog-on-the-tracks/2733874/Don-t-You-Forget-About-John-Hughes - king of teen flicks let's reminise.
My favourite of his work was the lesser-known http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Some_Kind_of_Wonderful_film - Some kind of wonderful which is basically the anti-pretty in pink in which the weird but cool friend wins over the pretty but boring object of lust. What is your favourite? |

Home Alone maybe? And I love National Lampoon's Christmas. Our house always looks like that with all the lights we put on it

Breakfast Club without a doubt.
Followed by Weird Science. But seriously I think I could watch almost any JH early stuff and be happy. I don't know that I ever saw Some Kind of Wonderful but it rings some bells. -------------

All of John Hughes stuff is great, RIP! My Partner and I are both huge fans of his! My favourite would probably be Breakfast Club, DPs is definitely Home Alone, Followed closely by Christmas Vacation -------------
